First up, we have an Easy Crock Pot Chicken Recipe that’ll have your taste buds doing the cha-cha slide. Check out this beauty:

Ingredients:

• 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5oz)
• 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10.5oz)
• 1 cup salsa
• 1 packet taco seasoning mix
• 1 cup sour cream (optional)

Instructions:

1. Place chicken in crock pot.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together tomatoes, condensed soup, salsa, and taco seasoning mix. Pour over chicken.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
4. Before serving, stir in sour cream (optional).

Boom! Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy.

Easy Crock-Pot Shredded Chicken:

• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 3 tbsp water

Instructions:

1. Place chicken in crock pot.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic powder. Pour over chicken.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
4. Remove chicken and shred.
5. In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch and water. Pour into sauce that’s left in crock pot and stir until thickened (about 3-5 min).
6. Pour sauce over chicken and top with green onions and sesame seeds (optional).
