7. Place the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes.
8. Let the vanilla ice cream sit out to soften.
9. Scoop the vanilla ice cream over the cherry preserves and spread it evenly.
10. Place the pan in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.
11. When ready to serve, remove the sides of the pan and top with whipped cream and cherries if desired.

Reese’s Ice Cream Cake

Now for all my peanut butter lovers out there, you won’t want to miss out on this Reese’s Ice Cream Cake. This recipe is so easy to make, and it’s perfect for any occasion. Here’s what you need to get:

Ingredients

• 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream
• 12 oz of hot fudge sauce
• 1 cup of peanut butter
• 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 1 package of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped

Instructions

1. Let the vanilla ice cream sit out to soften.
2. Scoop the ice cream into a large mixing bowl and stir in the hot fudge sauce.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk.

Ingredients

• 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
• 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
• 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened
• 1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
• 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp of vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 quarts of vanilla ice cream
• Whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs for topping (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
3. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
5. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
6. Add the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract, and beat until well blended.
7. Scoop the vanilla ice cream into the bowl and stir until well combined.
8. Pour the mixture over the cooled crust and smooth out the top.
9. Place the pan in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.
10. When ready to serve, remove the sides of the pan and top with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs if desired.
