- 1 pound flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 4 packs instant ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds, for garnish

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
